Ashley and Ari Haseotes are the founders of One Mission. They are the parents of three children. Their eldest child, Nicholas, was diagnosed with AML leukemia at the age of seven months. The sales experience she gained while working as a wholesale mortgage representative has given her the tools to develop and grow One Mission.

Erika Siegal
Erika Siegal was born and raised in central Connecticut. She received her Associates Degree in Science in 1998 and moved to the Boston area to complete her studies in Art Therapy at Emmanuel College. In 2001 she was engaged to be married, and decided to take a position in her fiancé’s family business. A few short years later, her most inspiring role would be that of wife and mother. Erika has two children, a son 4, and a daughter 2. Erika’s healthy, happy, beautiful children are what led her to One Mission. Erika met Ashley Haseotes, founder of One Mission, on a fateful day while waiting for her daughter to have her vaccinations at the doctor’s office. Meeting with Ashley and hearing her story changed Erika’s perspective and outlook. She would never be able to perform her role as wife, mother, and business partner the same way again. This chance meeting was the beginning of a wonderful friendship, as well as a partnership to help make a difference in the lives of pediatric cancer patients and their families. Erika is very proud of her role as a director for One Mission.
